The Désopro® Uncapping Machine is a professional device designed to provide comfort and optimize working time in honey extraction.

Precise Cutting

The Désopro® for Dadant Blatt or Langstroth frames features an electronic speed variation system that allows adjusting the uncapping speed according to the type of frame, ensuring the best quality cut. The vibrating silicon blades are designed for perfect uncapping, and the depth of cut adjustment is easy and intuitive.

Comfort and Ergonomics

The ergonomic design of the Désopro® allows the operator to work in a comfortable position without needing to twist their torso, and its operation is quiet. A system holds the frame in the feeder and releases it at the precise moment to introduce it into the machine.

Available Models

The Désopro® is available in two models to choose from:

A) Dadant Blatt Frames: Suitable for both brood and super frames. Dadant Blatt frames have a 47cm top bar, unlike Dadant US frames, which have a 48cm top bar commonly used in Spain.
B) Langstroth Frames and Medium Supers: Compatible with 48x23cm Langstroth frames and medium supers. It is not suitable for Dadant US brood frames, but it is compatible with their medium supers.

Recommended Installation

The Désopro® can be installed on a traditional uncapping tank, although we recommend using it with our special "Bac Pro" stand, which not only supports the uncapping machine but also acts as an accumulation bench for the uncapped frames. It is available in 2m, 2.5m, or 3m.

To ensure an efficient and continuous uncapping line, we recommend using the following accessories:

- Hydraulic Lift for Supers (JD202): Facilitates the handling and transport of supers.
- Super Conveyor Rail (JD2022): Ensures that the frames reach the Désopro smoothly.
- Electric heating for Désopro knives 1600W (ref: JD203CH-20CHAU2): Maintains a constant temperature on the knives, ensuring a cleaner and more efficient cut without overheating the honey. Improves uncapping quality and optimizes extraction.

This set of accessories enables a more efficient, automated uncapping line, adapted to high production volumes. The mechanization of the process with the Désopro® and its accessories reduces manual effort and increases beekeeper productivity.
