Full automatic version of the well-engineered and highly accurate Oswald Hain honey loosener.
This loosener is the best model on the market, made in Denmark by the prestigious firm Swienty. It is ideal for pricking frames of viscous honey as heather, which do not come out quickly by extraction, but also as an uncapping machine for all other types of honey.
The machine consists of two plates with made spikes, which are pressed and introduced into the cells of the honeycomb and thus prepare them to thick centrifuge honey, especially manure. The operation is simple, the plates come together, and the frame moves a little so that each cell adapts. Each needle is held in place by a spring so that it will not be broken or hit with a propolis cell or if it collides with the wooden frame. It is easily adjustable and allows you to work with Dadant, Langstroth, and superframes, as well as any frame with a maximum dimension of 442 mm x 270 mm.
This honey loosener has two perforated plates in front of the needle banks, which scrape any residual particles off every time the needle banks are pulled apart. Super easy to use You simply place the frames between the two needle banks and operate the machine using the handle on the side. The plates are pressed together, and the needles penetrate the honey cells. Every time the plates are pulled apart, the frame is guided a little further, making sure that all honey cells are reached. Every needle is supported by a small spring so that the needles do not break when they hit a cell with pollen or the wooden frame. It can also be used as an uncapping machine.
