Benefits of heating in uncapping

The knife heating maintains a stable cutting temperature at approximately 60°C, ensuring a precise cut without overheating the honey. The electronic temperature regulation system prevents any risk of overheating.

The hollow frame device includes two rows of stainless steel cutting discs, heated by resistors synchronized with the knife temperature regulator. These discs open the cappings that the knives did not fully cut, allowing the honey to flow out smoothly.

• Super frame conveyor track (JD2022): ensures smooth frame transport to the uncapping machine.
