Detalles de Chain uncapper MQ
This uncapper is designed to remove the wax seal (cappings) from the ends of the honeycomb cells. This is achieved by horizontally placing the combs on a conveyer where they are fed rapidly through the stainless steel chain flails which removes the wax tip. These flails are located directly above and below the honeycomb as it is conveyed through the machine.
It has a cutting area with 2 axes of blades, one lower and one upper moved by a 1cv single-phase motor and the conveyors by a 0.5cv single-phase motor reducer, with a lower tray for collecting the opercules (it can be coupled to a later press, foundry or centrifuge). It is also mounted on swivel castors with brakes. Height 950mm, length 1900mm, weight 158kg, conveyor width 600mm and overall width 900mm.
