It is made of 1.5mm thick 304 stainless steel. It has handles on the legs for easy handling. It has a height of 1m and a diameter of 1.45m. Approximate weight 120kg. They can also be manufactured with a diameter of less than 1.15m to be able to load it in the truck and be able to perform the extraction in the field with sufficient space.

It incorporates two hinged covers, one of 5mm glass (to visualize the inside of the extractor) and the other in stainless steel.

It has CE marking and safety on the lid, so that when the lid is opened the extractor stops. Once the lid is closed, it is automatically restarted by continuing with the work or starting the cycle again (if programmed). A fact that brings a great advantage in terms of comfort and time savings because it is not necessary to press the "start" every time on the control panel to restart and start up, but it already does so automatically.

It incorporates an electronic automatic programmer of the Schneider brand, configurable both in time and speed up to two reversible cycles to the right and left automatically. 1cv motor.

It has an inverted conical bottom with drop for emptying honey. Right at the lowest and central point, at the tip of the bottom, it has a rotating pipe outlet. This makes extraction much easier because we can place the exit in the direction that is most comfortable at all times.

However, it can also be manufactured with a standard bottom, as well as choosing the type of closure: with pump connection valve, with ball tap or with guillotine tap.

Optional: Incorporate hot air fan at the bottom to improve and facilitate the extraction of honey, especially in denser honeys.
