HOW TO USE - RECIPE PROTEIN CAKE
- ULTRA BEE® DRY 30 %
- GLUCOSE/FRUCTOSE SYRUP 50 %
- FRUCTOSE or DEXTROSE or SUGAR 20%
Practical example: Mix 5 kg of granulated sugar to 12 kg of high fructose syrup such as FRUCTOMIX, MELIOSE or MIX IDONEO (Do not use sucrose syrups because the cakes will harden). Mix well and slowly add 7 kg of Ultra bee. With wet hands ration into 200g cakes (maximum 1cm thick) and cover with tracing paper on the top and bottom. Make four cuts to the paper at the bottom and place it right in the middle of the frames, very close to the brood.
Approximate COST: 2,20€/kg (tax included). Each 200g cake would cost 0,44€.
