100% Purified European and South American Bio propolis extract. The extract solvents are alcohol and water.

How to Use

As a dietary supplement: 1 pipette of mother tincture (one single press is enough) 1 to 4 times a day, from the morning, it can be placed on a piece of bread, a spoonful of honey, a piece of brown sugar, or simply mixed in a glass of water. It can also be consumed throughout the day by adding 1 to 4 pipettes in a bottle of water.

For oral and throat care: 1 pipette of mother tincture (one single press is enough) mixed in a glass of water, to be used in gargles. A supplementation period of 1 month is recommended, renewable if necessary.
