This small wooden nuc allows you to create an artificial swarm from a strong colony installed in a 10-frame Dadant hive. This process helps to prevent swarming and/or expand your apiary. The nuc can also be used to develop a newly captured natural swarm. Its compact size makes observation easy and provides more efficient protection for the young colony from the cold.
This Dadant Blatt 6-frame nuc includes:
