Maxiplus Reversible Nuc to Three Mini-Nuclei

Discover innovation in beekeeping with our versatile Langstroth Nucleus. It can function as a standard 6-frame longitudinal nucleus or transform into three separate mininuclei. This innovative configuration can house three independent queens in 12 half-frames (with 4 half-frames in each section) arranged transversally.

This format allows:

- Use 6 Langstroth frames in the longitudinal direction with the possibility of dividing it into two: 3 + 3.
- Use 12 half-frames, in the transverse direction with the possibility of dividing it into three: 4 + 4 + 4.

This system allows the transfer of half-frames or complete frames directly to the hive body, through a Langstroth super of 10 frames.

It is ideal mainly for queen rearing. This nucleus, thanks to partitions, allows up to 3 queens to be reared per breeding cycle. With its side and front entrances, this device facilitates the grouping of 2 Maxiplus for palletizing, generating space savings. The positioning of the entrances at the 4 cardinal points prevents the drift phenomenon and then provides better overwintering in terms of heat.

Versatility: This nucleus is perfect for those who want to customize their hive: you can choose to use it as 1, 2, or 3 mating mininuclei. Or use it as a conventional 6-frame Langstroth nucleus with the possibility of dividing it into two.

Additional features: This nucleus includes 3 wooden feeders, wire closures (fix-elem) and metal entrances, with a top wooden lid covered with a metal sheet. Each feature is designed for easy management and optimal hive health.
