With the temperature this honey can crystallize, although by the characteristics of this one, a not very fast crystallization takes place and in very fine crystals. KITCHEN Rosemary honey combines well with salad dressings and light dairy products such as fresh cheese, yogurt. Very suitable for use with desalted cod, fried, and with dishes cooked with lamb meat.
