How the System Works

1. Initial setup:

• Place the conical nylon strainer (mesh size 0.35 mm) inside the tank and secure it with the stainless-steel clamping ring.
• Insert the perforated stainless-steel cone and position the DANA api THERMA II heating element inside the assembly.

2. Filtering process:

• Keep the bottom outlet closed initially, allowing the honey level to rise to the upper outlet.
• Set the heating element to 60-65 °C to ensure a quick and smooth honey flow through the filter.
• Use the upper outlet to extract the finely filtered honey directly into ripeners, drums, or other containers.
