The honey resistances are formed by electric armored resistances in stainless steel AISI 316, polished for alimentary use, assembled to a stainless steel support bar, which provides us with a simple handling of the resistor, and with a watertight box of connections digital thermostat of high precision to regulate the temperature of the honey in an effective way, and a plug for its immediate connection to the network.
