Mini Heated Cabinet for Honey and Drying Pollen
The Mini Heated Cabinet efficiently decrystallizes honey and dries pollen. Suitable for containers of all sizes, including small jars and buckets. Ideal for beekeepers needing a versatile and compact solution to keep their products in optimal condition.
Detalles de Mini Heated Cabinet for Honey and Drying Pollen
The crystallization process of honey is a natural phenomenon that occurs when the sugars present in honey (mainly glucose) form crystals, resulting in a granulated texture. This process can be reversed by applying controlled heat, an essential procedure for beekeepers who want to keep honey in a liquid state for marketing and culinary use. Additionally, this equipment can also be used to dry pollen, a valuable beekeeping product, by simply changing the trays.
Features of the Heated Cabinet:
• Storage Capacity:
• 4 honey buckets of 12.5 kg each.
• 1 honey bucket of 25 kg.
• 1 bucket of 40 kg.
• Efficient Design:
• High-quality insulation on the side walls to retain heat.
• Once the temperature of 40°C is reached, the energy consumption is approximately 40-50 watts.
• Versatility:
• Includes an adjustable shelf that can accommodate honey buckets or jars.
• The hot air fan ensures even heat distribution for effective decrystallization.
• Made of stainless steel, with a glass door and magnetic closing mechanism.
• Temperature Control:
• The temperature can be adjusted externally with a regulator, reaching a maximum of 70°C.
• The honey decrystallizes in an estimated time of 12 to 24 hours, depending on the quantity and selected temperature.
• Technical Specifications:
• External dimensions: 845 mm (height) x 490 mm (depth) x 575 mm (width).
• Internal dimensions: 570 mm (height) x 390 mm (depth) x 530 mm (width).
• Weight: 35 kg.
• Power supply: 230 V / 500 watts.

Use in Pollen Drying:
In addition to decrystallizing honey, this heated cabinet is ideal for drying pollen, a process that requires replacing the trays with special trays designed for this purpose. Proper pollen drying is crucial to preserving its quality and nutritional properties, allowing beekeepers to offer high-quality products to their customers.
This heated cabinet is an indispensable tool for any beekeeper, providing an efficient and versatile solution for keeping honey liquid and processing pollen optimally.
