Detalles de Honey melter PRIMIO®

Made of stainless-steel. Very simple, ideal for use in small capacity pail. Available in two sizes to choose from:

Model 1: diameter 210mm. Features: 50 W / 230 V, temperature approx. 45 °C, height 65 cm, weight 1.1 kg.

Model 2: diameter of 280mm. Features: 75 W / 230 V, temperature approx. 45 °C, height 65 cm, weight 1.2 kg.

With this melter, we will get a heating so that it liquefies the crystallized honey before filling in small jars. Crystallization depends on several factors: the viscosity of the honey, the temperature, the glucose/water ratio, and the ratio between fructose and glucose.

The optimum temperature for the crystallization of honey is around 14 °C. Above 30 °C, the large crystals will dissolve, which prevents the formation of the crystalline structure.
