SPECIAL SIZE FOR HONEY TANKS OF 200KG.
Description
Very efficient heating system that allows reducing the viscosity of products stored (as honey) in steel drums or tanks and thus being able to extract them to other tanks or process lines.
The heating occurs uniformly over a large surface avoiding damage to temperature sensitive products. The fiberglass allows the belts to work at their maximum power (120 °C) without deteriorating.
How to use: It is placed around the drum and is fixed by means of tensioners that facilitate the installation and removal of the product. The control is carried out by means of a thermostat from 0 °C to 120 °C.
Safety: Double electrical insulation. The CE marking guarantees that the heating strip complies with the EC Directives on low voltage and electromagnetic compatibility. Application on 525 mm drums.
Technical data: Measurements: 125 mm width x 1480 mm length Power: 1000 W. Voltage: 230 volts. Thermostat with regulation 0-120 °C. 2 meters of cable and plug.
