Our lid sorting machine consists of a closed cap compartment, a cap lifting conveyor unit, a built-in sorting system, and a cap placing unit, which precisely places the caps on your jars.

The sorting system prevents the caps from reaching the lid fitter machine upside down!

The machine can sort up to 2,000 caps per hour and can sort both screw-on and screw-on, plastic or metal caps.

The operation is very easy, just fill the compartment with the loose lids and the machine automatically performs all the tasks.
