DANA Api MATIC 2000+ Honey filling

It's got everything a modern packer should have: A powerful low voltage motor with Swienty gears, electronically controlled with the digital dispenser, being very easy to calibrate and regulate. The packer can also be used as a transfer pump. This packer can be integrated into the Swienty rotary table, capsulator and labeller. 

This filling machine is equipped with a gear pump made from food grade plastic. It is operated by a powerful German WEG gear motor. This gives a lot of power to pull the honey through. The filling capacity is about 300 l/h (ca. 400kg honey per hour). The motor is controlled by an electronic based microprocessor which ensures an accurate dosage and a perfect drip-free function. It fills ca. 800 glasses/h (450-500 gr glas).

The pump and all parts that come in contact with the liquid to be filled are made of either stainless steel or food grade plastic, easy to take apart (without using tools) and clean. Servicing the machine is easy. It has a speed regulation with 5% intervals. It can dosage amounts between 10 gram and 999 kg (ml can be chosen instead of g) with an accuracy of less than +/ 0,5 gram (with constantly filled reserve). The machine can also be used as a pump (in both directions), it pumps ca. 400 l/h.

Dana Api Match 2000+ is produced in a way that it fulfills professional needs. It can easily be expanded, e.g. with a turntable or a conveyor belt. Never leave the machine unattended during use.
