The digital refractometer HI96801 is specifically designed for precise analysis of sugar content in honey and other food products. This compact and efficient device allows for measuring the percentage of water and sugar content in honey, expressed in Brix degrees. Ideal for the food industry, winemaking, and agriculture, this refractometer is an essential tool for beekeepers and professionals in the field.
