Do you have to clean/sterilize your wax? If so you need an additional wax melting AND sterilization tank because in the wax melting tank that you need behind the BM (usually: 300 l) (not incl. in the BM price) you are only allowed to fill in clean wax (otherwise dirt can get into the honeycomb). This 300 l tank behind the BM is only for wax melting! Please let us know if you need an additional wax melting and sterilization tank and in what size.

The wax band machine needs approx. 1500 -2000 l water per hour with a pressure of 5-6 bar. The water should have a temperature of 12°C - 16°C. If you need to cool down your water to this temperature we recommend to you a cooling unit that you can also buy from us. Then you would have a cooled and closed water circuit with constant and sufficient water pressure.
