DECRIPTION

The Semiautomatic Foundation Sheet Rolling Machine is used for transforming the wax bands produced on the wax Band Machine into foundation sheets and for cutting them to size employing the attached cutting machine. The desired width is adjusted by moving round knives as required, while the length is adjusted using a counting preselector, the preset figure being the length in millimeters. Deviations in length and width are less than 1 mm. The foundation sheets are stacked on a lifting table from which they can be removed for packing.

It comes with rollers 480 x 85 mm (positioned vertically), machine out of stainless steel 1.4301, with standard engraving = cell size 5,4 mm (= ab. 800 cells/qdm) and cell depth of 1,45 mm, with motor 400 V (+/- 5%), 3 phases, 50 Hz, incl. One electronic control unit for speed control, incl. One wax band warming container out of stainless steel 1.4301 with one electric heating 3 KW, 400 V (+/- 5%), 3 phases, 50 Hz, with thermostat 0°-85°C, incl. One release agent container out of plastic with pump, incl. One attached cutting machine with electronic length adjustment and four pairs of round knives, incl. -for free- 5 l of release agent concentrate (= special liquid soap as a release agent for combs production) for use with 100% pure beeswax, agent biodegradable (accord. to EG No. 648/2004) (20-30 ml for 10 l water)
