Urban Beehive BEE-PASS®

The beehive BEE-PASS® Ruchéco takes up the concept of the BEE-PASS® URBAN but in a more economical version. The fireplace shape and its support allow you to transform your 10-frame hive into an outdoors urban hive.

This kit is intended for use by individuals and businesses. The bees enter and exit at 2.40 m above the ground.

The BEE-PASS® Ruchéco fireplace has a glass window allowing to observe bees working.

The kit includes:

- a 10-frame Ruchéco Dadant beehive (including the body and the wooden frame, the bottom and the roof),

- the wooden beehive support,

- the feet,

- the glass window, which is protected by wooden shutters.

WHY USE?

This model can be installed on a balcony, a garden, a courtyard, a roof while respecting the rural code since the entrance is more than 2 m high. Proximity to the neighborhood is no longer a problem!

Since 2009, the BEE-PASS® hive has been set up in private homes, in natural spaces, and business parks committed to an environmental approach. Through this project, this BEE-PASS® hive is also considered as a local educational hive to give back the place to the bee, to demystify it, to live with bees differently, and to change behavior.
