Detalles de ApiLanol® Ants-Stop: Protect Your Bees Against Ants
ApiLanol Ant-Stop is an ant product ideal for use in apiaries. It is made from unrefined sheep wool fat, dark in color and with a characteristic odor, which is practically insoluble in water. This product comes in a 500-gram container.
Sheep wool fat is used to prevent ant and other insect invasion in the hive. Simply place the hive on a stand and bring the base of the hive or the feet of the stand together so that ants cannot climb up. Ants do not like the smell of sheep wool fat, so they will not go where it is applied.
It is important to note that this product should not be applied to the entrance or inside of the hive, but on the outside of the hive, in the area of the outer folds. ApiLanol Ant-Stop is a safe and effective way to protect your hives from ants and other insects without compromising the health of the bees.
