Spinfloat ICKO® Self-Discharging Honey and Cappings Centrifuge ICKO®
The Spinfloat ICKO® is a state-of-the-art self-discharging centrifuge that efficiently separates honey from cappings, streamlining the honey extraction process for commercial beekeeping.
Detalles de Spinfloat ICKO® Self-Discharging Honey and Cappings Centrifuge ICKO®
The SpinFloat spinner is a revolutionary device designed to optimize the separation of honey from caps, pollen, and other residues without the need for filters. Manufactured in France, this system leverages the density differences between the heavier honey and lighter particles to ensure efficient and pure extraction.
Main advantages of the SpinFloat:
- Superior Honey Quality: The obtained honey is clean, filtered, and not emulsified, ready to be packaged directly after processing.
- Efficiency and Ease of Use: Its automatic operation allows for continuous operation without frequent manual interventions. It does not require daily cleaning thanks to its self-cleaning capability.
- Processing Capacity: Capable of handling up to 1500 kg of honey per hour, making it ideal for large volume operations.
Technical Specifications:
- Dimensions: 120 cm height, 130 cm length, 140 cm width.
- Drum: 900 mm diameter and 300 mm height.
- Motor of 2.4 kW and 220 volts single-phase, with speed variator.
- Weight: 370 kg.
Operation:
Optimal Temperature: The honey and caps must be homogenized at 40°C before entering the centrifuge. We recommend installing a heat exchanger to reach and maintain this ideal temperature.
Continuous Separation: Dry caps and residues are continuously extracted through a blade system, thus facilitating their collection and disposal.
Innovative Technology: Unlike load and unload centrifuges, the SpinFloat operates continuously, eliminating the need to stop the machine to empty and clean the cages, resulting in greater comfort and less downtime.
To ensure optimal operation in cold climates or with more viscous honeys, the use of heat exchangers is recommended instead of thermomixers. These devices prepare the mix of honey and caps by homogenizing and heating the product continuously, which is crucial for self-discharging centrifuges.
Ideal for Professional Beekeepers:
The SpinFloat is the perfect choice for those looking for efficiency, quality, and ease of use in honey processing.
