Operating Principle: High-Capacity and Precision Centrifugation

The innovative centrifugation system from Carl Fritz® uses centrifugal force to continuously separate honey and wax without additional filters. Thanks to its two high-speed stainless steel bowls (up to 300 RPM, manually adjustable), it enables a processing capacity of approximately 300 kg/h. This design ensures that the denser honey is pressed outward along the bowl walls and discharged from the upper outlet, while the lighter wax floats to the surface and is removed by the same system. The resulting honey can flow directly into a honey drum, preserving purity and eliminating the need for further filtration.
