Fixed speed: 1500 rpm. Sold with 1 nylon drying sieve. For the drying of the cappings only.

With speed variable: equipped with a speed variator on a separate control panel. This centrifuge performs the high-speed drying of the cappings and the slow filtering of the honey itself. It enables continuous filtering thanks to an opening equipped with a threated tube on the topo lid, through which the honey is sent by means of a pump. The honey is thus filtered without emulsifying.

This model has a very wide speed range, from 50 to 1000rpm. Sold with 2 nylons sieves (1 for drying, 1 for filtering).
