This turns all day long, with a full bowl, at a very low speed. The wax particles, which are lighter and have a natural tendency to rise, are held won by the artificial effect of the slight centrifugal force at the centre of the Spinomel, and they thus do not clog the baskets. As for the honey, it is gradually filtered and can be packaged directly into drums.

The device only needs to be cleaned once or twice per day.

once the Spinomel is full of cappings, the spnning function is launched. The maximum speed is reached very gradually to enable all of the honey to be extracted gradually from the cappings. At the end of the cycle, the honey has been entirely removed and the dry cappings remain stuck to the basket. The baskets, which can be separated into four quarters, facilitate handling and cleaning at the end of the day.

Available with a diameter of 1000 or 1250. Sold with a set of 4 baskets.
