Main Features

• Precise Temperature Control: Adjustable between 30°C and 110°C via thermostat, the 2.5 kW/230V heater is ideal for handling wax and honey at their optimal melting points.
• Robust Design and Mobility: Equipped with three legs with wheels and brakes, it offers an ergonomic working height of 118 cm. It also includes a removable stainless steel sieve for precise separation of the cappings.
• Versatility: Not only a cappings melter but also a tool for decrystallizing jars and honey buckets, restoring crystallized honey to its original liquid state.

How It Works

The process is simple and efficient: by adjusting the desired temperature, the heater initiates the melting process, with the integrated fan maintaining a uniform temperature throughout the container. The denser honey flows to the bottom while the melted wax accumulates on the surface, creating a layer that prevents the honey from overheating. This method ensures that the pure honey is extracted first, followed by the wax, maximizing the yield of both products and avoiding contamination.
