Detalles de Wax melter 10L

Boiler to melt clean wax. It has a round design and is made of double-walled stainless steel to clarify and melt beeswax, with a gate ideal for pouring candles or foundation sheets.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

  • Water jacket capacity of approximately 10 litres.
  • Resistance 230 V / 2,000 W.
  • Capacity for approximately 10 kg of beeswax.
  • Infinitely adjustable thermostat from 0 - 75 °C.
  • Water fill mouth and ball valve for outlet/drainage of wax with Ø 1/2 inch.
  • Overall height 38 cm
  • 25 cm inner height
  • diameter 40 cm
  • Weight 9 kg

Note: Water at 100 °C boils, the maximum recommended temperature to set the thermostat is over 80 °C Ideal working temperature 60 to 80 °C.

MODE OF USE

First, the resistance is installed, and the internal jacket is filled with water until it reaches the level of the inverted elbow.

The wax blocks are deposited inside the boiler room. Subsequently, it is connected to the current and adjusted to the desired temperature (normally between 75-100 °C). The water level should be checked and refilled when it is low. Once the wax is melted, the thermostat should be adjusted to a temperature between 60 and 75 °C to keep the wax liquid. And so, leave it for 20-30 minutes so that it settles under its own weight, so that the impurities that were in the wax will remain in the lower part of the boiler and the clean wax in the upper part.

Once decanted, the liquid wax is poured through the wax drainage outlet (upper tap).

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

The impurities will remain at the bottom, which must be emptied by turning the boiler upside down or with a soaked cloth/paper rubbing the bottom and walls of the boiler well. For the emptying of the inner water jacket or the filling, it can be poured through the elbow or remove the resistance and then complete through the elbow.

The kettle should be cleaned with hot water and dishwashing detergent before use and after each use.
