Stainless steel wax melter for 20 frames

Looking to efficiently and cleanly recover wax from your brood chamber frames? The RuBee® BR-64404 wax melter is designed exactly for that. It works through a double-compartment system: water is added to the bottom section, and when heated, it produces steam and indirect heat. That heat rises and gently melts the wax from the frames placed inside, separating it cleanly from impurities and moisture—without burning.

An external heat source is required—you can use a gas burner or, ideally, the RuBee® wood-fired heater, which is specifically designed to fit this model. With this setup, you can work completely off-grid, without relying on electricity or gas cylinders.

The water and wax circuits are completely separated, which means you can also use this unit as a hot water washing tank. Simply close the taps, fill it with hot water, and immerse frames or hive parts for cleaning or disinfection.

Made from 1 mm thick stainless steel, it offers durability, corrosion resistance, and reliable performance under heavy use. The structure is especially stable, and its capacity allows you to process up to 15 Dadant brood frames in a single batch.

Using it is simple and efficient: fill the water compartment, apply heat, and let the wax melt on its own. No direct flame, no burning, and no hassle—just clean wax extraction.
