"Jumbo" Extension for Solar Wax Melter

Main Features:

• Enhanced capacity: With this extension, you can process up to 12 Dadant frames at once, optimizing time and reducing effort in wax recovery.

• Elevated frame support: The extension includes a wooden strip that allows the frames to hang slightly in the air, facilitating the wax to drip down into the lower tray.

• Compatibility: This extension accommodates frames with a maximum height of 285 mm, making it ideal for brood frames or similar Dadant frames.

• Requires high solar radiation: For optimal performance, exterior temperatures of at least 27°C and strong sunlight are needed to achieve efficient wax melting.

Dimensions:

• Outer dimensions: 57.5 x 64.0 x 24.0 cm, providing significant additional space to maximize your solar wax melter's capacity.

Maintenance recommendations:

Like the solar wax melter, the wooden extension must be treated with water-based paint (reference BR-65988) at least 2-3 times to protect it from harsh weather conditions. Without this treatment, we cannot guarantee the long-term durability of the extension.

Note: The "Jumbo" extension does not include the rotating stand.
