Cerapol 20 gr.
It is a biological product to combat and protect the wax from the attack of the larvae of the moth. It has a content of 30 grams (three sachets of 10g in each box). Each 10 gram sachet is sufficient to protect approx. 35 combs. What should I know? Bacillus thuringiensis are bacteria that are harmless to humans and bees and do not give the honeycomb any taste or aroma, but when ingested by the larvae of wax moths develop in the intestine, causing them to die. Instructions for use: Dissolve the contents of the package, 10 g., one litre of water and shake to homogenise the suspension. Apply by spraying the wax combs to be kept on both sides, while stirring. Use within 24 hours after adding water. Apply only to combs to be preserved/stored, NOT to those inside the beehive with bees/breeding/honey/etc. Each milligram of the suspension will contain approximately 250,000 spores, equivalent to 700 I.U.
