Detalles de Pollen patty mixer 50L
The patty mixer is built mostly in carbon steel, except for the axis and the arms that are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, having approximate dimensions of 600mm x 600mm at its base, the collected height is 830mm and extended to the maximum of 1275 mm.
The machine is supported by 4 rotating wheels with brakes, at its central point there is a support for the 50-liter food bowl and the arms so that it does not rotate.
In its suspension part is the reduction motor that drives the axis and the arms, next to it is the control panel with stop/start button and emergency switch and in its rear part is the articulated lever for lowering and raising that part by means of a gas damper.
The reducer motor has a power of 0.55KW – 0.75 HP – 50 HZ – 1370 RPM with a reduction of 1/80, with a single-phase connection at 230V.
