    • Cash on delivery: the cash on delivery means that the Buyer will pay the price of the order at the time he receives it. This payment method involves paying an additional cost, which will have a fixed cost of € 3 VAT included.

For the purchase of products by telephone:

  • The Buyer must call the telephone number published on the Website at all times and indicate to the Shop of the Beekeeper the products that are of interest and the method of payment chosen. In the case of telephone purchases, the only means of payment accepted are:

4. Pricing and shipping policies


The prices of the products that appear on the Website are set by The Beekeeper's Shop and are shown in EUROS and include VAT or any other applicable taxes. However, tax information is subject to change as a result of changes therein.

The costs of transport and delivery of the products will be those indicated on the Website at all times and according to the products ordered.

Transportation costs are based on the volume and weight of the order, as well as vary according to destination. They range from a minimum amount of 4.05 + VAT to 290 + VAT.

The expenses derived from the selection of the cash on delivery method will have a fixed cost of € 3.

The order will be received by the Buyer within the period indicated on the Website that will be from 1 to 30 business days depending on the country of destination, always counting from the time the Beekeeper's Shop had confirmed having received the payment, except in the case of payment on delivery.

The Website may include promotions, discounts, free numbers, etc. Such circumstances will be reflected on the screen, as will the possible conditions applicable in your case.

5. Acceptance of the general conditions of purchase


When the purchase is made entirely through the Website, the Purchaser must read these Conditions and expressly accept them, by clicking on the check box of the corresponding consent, which is unmarked by default, at the end of the purchase process.

When the purchase is made by telephone, the Buyer must also read these Conditions and accept them expressly, sending them together with the accompanying offer, duly signed.

6. Right of withdrawal


The Buyer shall have the right to withdraw, in accordance with Royal Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other laws Complementary (hereinafter, TRLGDCU), within fourteen calendar days following the one in which you received the last of the goods subject to your order.

7. Obligations of the parties

Under these Conditions, The Shop of the Beekeeper commits itself to:

  • To put the greater efforts for the execution of the necessary procedures for the reception of the order by the Buyer.

  • Provide the Buyer with the necessary documentation to receive the order.

  • Comply with any other obligations contained in these Conditions or in any other conditions that may be applicable.

Obligations of the Buyer

With the acceptance of these Conditions the Buyer undertakes to:

  • Pay on time and form the corresponding amounts, including fees, taxes and any other costs specified during the purchase process. Failure to pay, when this did not take place in the last step of the purchase process, will exempt The Shop of the Beekeeper from fulfilling its obligations.

  • Respond for the authenticity and accuracy of any data has been provided to make the purchase.

8. Guarantees


The legal guarantee in accordance with the provisions of the TRLGDCU is applicable.

  • In case of defective product, the seller must proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, procedures that will be free for the consumer and user.  

  • The seller responds to the breaches of conformity that are manifested within two years of delivery.  

  • The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it. 

9. Exclusion of liability


The Shop of the Beekeeper will in no case be responsible for the damages and losses caused to the Buyer for reasons attributable to him.

The Beekeeper's Shop will be solely responsible for the damages and losses caused to the Buyer as a result of the purchases made through the Website, when they derive from a malicious act of the latter.

By way of example and without a thoroughness, The Beekeeper's Shop will not be responsible for:

  • The utility that the Purchaser has for the products acquired through the Website. In particular, the usefulness of the living material acquired through the Website, since this depends on circumstances such as weather, seasonal, environmental conditions ...

  • The adequacy of the products to the real needs of the Buyer.

  • Personal or material damages caused as a result of the use of the products.

The Buyer declares that the products that are being ordered at his own risk and ventures, limiting the activity of The Shop of the Beekeeper to the execution of the material tasks necessary to send him those products that he had selected. In no case The Shop of the Beekeeper is responsible for the choice of the products made by the Buyer, even if The Shop of the Beekeeper has advised him in this regard, and of the lack of diligence of the latter when checking the specifications of the products Order object

10. Compensation

12. General Issues


  • Safeguarding and interpreting these Conditions
    These Conditions, the Particular Conditions accepted at any time and any other conditions applicable to the Buyer constitute a unique agreement between the Buyer and The Beekeeper's Shop.
    In case of contradiction between the provisions of these Conditions and any other conditions subscribed between the parties, the terms and conditions of these Conditions shall prevail over those provided therein, unless the provisions included therein expressly state otherwise.
    The fact that any of the parties, by impossibility or convenience, did not require strict compliance with any of the terms of these Conditions at a given time, does not imply or can be interpreted as a modification, total or partial, of the same, nor as a waiver on your part to demand compliance in its strict terms, in the future.
    The declaration of nullity of any or some of the Stipulations of these Conditions by the competent Authority shall not prejudice the validity of the remaining. In this case, the contracting parties undertake to negotiate a new provision replacing the annulled one with the greatest possible identity with it. If the substitution becomes impossible and the Stipulation is essential for these Conditions, in the opinion of the party affected by its elimination, it may opt for the resolution of the Conditions.
    Any reference made in these Conditions to an article or regulatory body that is repealed shall be deemed made to the equivalent provision that replaces it.

  • Assignment and delegation
    The Buyer may not assign or delegate the rights granted in these Conditions or the obligations assumed by them. Any assignment and / or delegation will be void.
    The Beekeeper's Shop may assign or delegate totally or partially and completely free its rights and obligations contained in these Conditions without prior notice. The Beekeeper's Shop may also substitute for any legal business the holder of this legal relationship with any other.

  • Language
    The language applicable to these Conditions is Spanish. If versions of these have been offered in other languages, it has been courtesy, for the convenience of the Buyer. He expressly accepts that they will always be governed by the Spanish version.
    If there is any contradiction between what the Spanish version of these General Conditions of Purchase says and what any of its translations says, in any case the Spanish version will prevail.

  • Legislation and jurisdiction
    The relations between La Apicultor's Shop and the Buyer arising as a result of the acceptance of these Conditions will be governed by Spanish legislation and jurisdiction.
    For the resolution of the discussions or conflicts between The Shop of the Beekeeper and the Buyer that has the consideration of consumer and user in accordance with the applicable regulations in the matter, both will submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, to the Courts and Tribunals of the Purchaser's domicile.
